Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong analytical and technical skills to lead the development of dashboards, reports, queries, and automation workflows that turn raw operational data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions that support decision‑making across teams such as operations, finance, and product.
Job Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and operational KPIs.
- Develop SQL queries and data models to extract and aggregate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and cloud systems).
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and track key metrics, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and relevant.
Automation & Data Workflows
Build data automation scripts and pipelines to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual work.Implement ETL / ELT workflows (e.g., using Python or Power Automate) to consolidate data from various internal and third‑party systems.Automate recurring analyses, alerts, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.Operational Insights & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement using data insights.Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop data‑driven recommendations and predictive models when relevant.Support ad‑hoc analyses and internal data requests, ensuring stakeholders have reliable, well‑structured information.Job Qualifications : Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or data science role.Proficiency in SQL.Proficiency in Python.Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and workflow automation.Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical problems.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Preferred
Experience integrating data from APIs, spreadsheets, and CRMs / EMRs.Familiarity with cloud data environments (e.g., Azure, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift).Knowledge of healthcare data is a plus.Exposure to AI / LLM‑based data summarization or automation tools.Hardware and Software Requirements :
