Job descriptionFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives). Coach and guide teams in Agile principles and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Partner with Product Owners to refine and maintain a clear, actionable product backlog aligned with business goals. Identify, track, and remove delivery impediments while proactively managing risks and dependencies. Support the team in improving velocity, predictability, and quality of deliverables through data-driven insights. Collaborate across technology, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sprint priorities and timelines. Promote transparency using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps) and communicate progress through regular reporting and metrics. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or fintech environment. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software delivery practices (CI / CD, DevOps). Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration. Skilled in using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cumulative flow) to drive performance and improvement. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. Experience with regulated environments or financial product development is an advantage.
