Job description
We’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store performance. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, leading a sales-driven team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager also oversees inventory, store compliance, visual merchandising, and financial management while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Lead and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including sales, inventory control, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and evaluate store employees.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive business performance.
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and back-office support teams.
- Represent the brand with mall management, customers, and business partners.
Qualifications :
Must be willing to work in Vision Express SM Fairview.Preferably with relevant experience in the optical retail industry.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.At least 5 years of experience in retail store management.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Knowledge in retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.Willing to be assigned anywhere based on operational needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
