Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell premium Japanese automotive spare parts and local products.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits to explore opportunities and monitor competitors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback to management.
- Attend trade shows, product presentations, and client meetings as needed.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
Qualifications :
1–2 years of sales experience (automotive parts or FMCG preferred).Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel nationwide.Valid driver’s license preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of automotive products is an advantage.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
