Skills Required :
- Experience with Connectwise Sell and know how to edit templates, build tabs, make customizations.
- Actively seeks out market information and takes an active interest in business issues.
- Tailors communication content, channel and style to the audience to increase understanding and acceptance
- Experience with MSP Environment
- Experience with Connectwise Manage (PSA)

Background working with clients based in New ZealandIntegrates information from a range of sources, able to see patterns and themesCorrectly documents time and expenses in Connectwise as it occursCan understand when you require more information, must escalate, requires someone else to deal with the problemWorks consistently to identify and remove barriers and impedimentsWhat will you do?
