Job Role : Sales Support Specialist / Client Engagement Officer

Compensation range : $1,300 – 1,500 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type : Employer of Record (EOR)

Work Schedule :             This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist & Client Engagement Officer based in the Philippines to join our growing legal team. This role is primarily focused on sales and client conversion, helping the firm retain and convert more leads. The successful candidate will also assist in cold outreach and client relationship management, playing a key role in ensuring minimal client drop-off. While this role’s core responsibilities center on sales and client engagement, the candidate will also provide administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Support :

• Join lawyers during online consultations to support a smooth session and clearly understand client needs.
• Prepare accurate and professional consultation summaries and meeting recordings, promptly after each session.
• Help lawyers maintain strong follow-up by ensuring all client queries are addressed and no leads go cold.
