Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in expanding market reach across key territories. You’ll be conducting strategic cold calling campaigns to qualify high-potential leads while supporting major convention and trade show initiatives. Responsibilities
Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to smoke shops and distributors to identify and qualify potential customersExecute systematic lead qualification using proven questioning techniques to assess product fit and purchasing processes, script will be providedPerform strategic pre-convention outreach by contacting businesses in target cities before major trade shows and industry eventsResearch and develop comprehensive lead lists for specified target markets and geographic territoriesCollect and organize critical contact information and qualification data for sales team follow-upTrack and document all calling activities, lead qualification results, and prospect interactionsCollaborate with sales team to optimize qualification processes and improve conversion ratesPotentially advance to appointment setting and meeting coordination as role developsRequirements
Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling with demonstrated resultsStrong background working with US market customers and understanding of American business practicesExcellent communication skills with professional phone presence and ability to build rapport quicklyExperience in B2B sales processes and understanding of business-to-business relationship dynamicsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and manage daily calling activities effectivelyComfortable in a performance-based work environment with clear metrics and accountabilityFlexibility to adapt to varying daily tasks including research, calling, and administrative dutiesCompetitive mindset with drive to excel in a results-oriented environment where top performers are recognized and rewardedIndependent Contractor Perks
