Sales and Lead Generation Specialist

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or hard-selling in a BPO company handling US / UK / AU-based accounts.
• Experience in making expired listing and FSBO (For Sale By Owner) calls is a massive plus.
• Proven sales experience / strong sales acumen is highly preferred, with a track record of overcoming objections and achieving sales targets.
• Real Estate Wholesale Cold calling experience is a significant advantage.
• Must have experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Podio.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in using productivity tools and software.
