SALARY RANGE : P25,000 - P30,000
WORK SCHEDULE : 5.5 days workweek (every other Saturday no work)
WORK LOCATION : Kalayaan Brgy Central, Diliman, Quezon City
Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer provides technical support for the maintenance
and repair of company-owned buildings and facilities. The role includes fieldwork (e.g., permit
processing), coordination with maintenance personnel and contractors, and supporting the
Property Manager in ensuring timely implementation of maintenance programs and
compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a technical role with hands-on involvement in daily operations, suited for candidates
with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and an engineering license.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager in implementation of building maintenance and repair
activities.
Work closely with the in-house maintenance personnel (electrician) to monitor ongoing
tasks.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and report issues needing attention.
Manage job order entries using the Acumatica system (or equivalent).
Coordinate with contractors for repair works, equipment servicing, and minor projects.
Support the processing and monitoring of building permits and regulatory compliance
(e.g., DENR, city permits)
Perform fieldwork, such as securing permits from city or government offices.
Assist with technical documentation such as reports, basic plans, and project updates.
May occasionally step in to support maintenance personnel in basic troubleshooting.
Provide technical input to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities.
Review and sign plans, technical drawings, and other documents within the
scope of his / her professional license, as part of the role's regular responsibilities
Qualifications
Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field.
Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of building systems (e.g., lighting, elevator,
genset, FDAS, solar panels, STP, plumbing).
Basic understanding of preventive maintenance programs.
Able to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp is a
plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills.
