Building Maintenance

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the facility is safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role involves performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on the building's electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.

Qualifications :

• Must be NC II Electrical Installation and Maintenance Passer
• Proven 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Basic carpentry, painting, and repair skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights if necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Know how to use hand tools and equipment properly.
• Can start immediately
