KDN - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Assistant Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant at the Assistant Manager level to lead and deliver core HR transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Employee Central configuration, business process design, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. This role involves working closely with HR stakeholders to implement scalable, compliant, and user-friendly HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops , blueprinting sessions, and solution validation with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Configure key EC components such as :
• Foundation Objects
• Employee Data Models
• Business Rules
• Workflows
• Event Derivation
• Integrate EC with Payroll , Time Management , Recruiting , and Performance & Goals modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for interface design , middleware integration , and data migration .
• Prepare functional specifications , test scripts , and support SIT / UAT phases.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy , GDPR , and local labor regulations .
• Support cutover planning , go-live readiness , and hypercare activities .
• Stay updated on RISE with SAP , GROW with SAP , and SAP BTP innovations in HR.
