Work Schedule : Morning Shift
Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility : Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities :
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals module based on client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Design and manage performance forms, goal plans, competencies, and calibration templates.
- Support integration with Employee Central, Learning, and Compensation modules.
- Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment with talent management strategies.
Required Skills :
4 to 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years in Performance and Goals.Strong hands-on experience in configuring performance forms, goal plans, and route maps.Understanding of performance cycles, goal alignment, and calibration processes.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic knowledge of SAP CPI.Familiarity with SAP People Analytics and reporting tools.Preferred Skills :
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Performance and Goals.Exposure to other modules like Succession & Development or Compensation.Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.Knowledge of continuous performance management and feedback tools.
