What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in manufacturing.

✅ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

✅ Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

✅ Experience in developing training programs to enhance employee skills.

✅ Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
