Position Overview :

As a Sourcer / Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for our clients. You will work closely with our team of recruiters to identify and attract top talent to meet our clients' hiring needs. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for our clients, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen and assess potential candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand client needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
• Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Keep track of and report on sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
