SAP Analytics Lead (Hybrid)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on SAP Analytics Lead with strong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA, Embedded Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and integration with other SAP and non-SAP products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Greenfield implementations and providing end-to-end support for SAP Analytics projects, including requirement gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, configuration, functional testing, UAT, and post-go-live support. A solid understanding of SAP functional modules (FI, CO, PS, MM, ReFX) is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead SAP Analytics projects, including Greenfield implementations of SAP S / 4HANA.

Provide hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics, Embedded Analytics, and BI solutions.

Oversee the integration of SAP Analytics with other SAP and non-SAP products to ensure seamless functionality.

Conduct fit-to-standard workshops with customers to understand their requirements and design solutions.

Design and configure SAP Analytics solutions, including custom builds and configurations as per business needs.

Perform functional and system testing to ensure optimal solution performance.

Assist customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address any issues or concerns.

Lead the implementation and go-live activities for SAP Analytics projects.

Provide post-go-live support to resolve any issues and ensure continued success.

Ensure alignment with SAP functional modules, including FI, CO, PS, MM, and ReFX.

Required Skills and Competencies :

Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Analytics, Embedded Analytics, and BI solutions.

At least 2 full SAP S / 4HANA Greenfield implementations.

In-depth knowledge of integrating SAP with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Strong experience in conducting fit-to-standard workshops and gathering customer requirements.

Expertise in configuration and custom build design for SAP Analytics solutions.

Proven ability to conduct functional and system testing.

Experience in assisting customers during UAT and providing post-go-live support.

Excellent understanding of SAP functional modules (FI, CO, PS, MM, ReFX).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

SAP certification in relevant areas (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics and S / 4HANA implementations.

Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, BW / 4HANA, and other BI tools is a plus.
