SAP Sales and Distribution Lead (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Lead with hands-on expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Module to oversee the successful design, configuration, and implementation of solutions tailored to business requirements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAP S / 4HANA Brownfield Implementation Projects and a deep understanding of customer needs, enabling the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Expertise :

Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP S / 4HANA Sales and Distribution Module.

Design and execute custom builds to meet specific business requirements.

Project Delivery :

Participate in a minimum of 2 SAP S / 4HANA Brownfield Implementation Projects, with a focus on aligning solutions with industry standards and best practices.

Conduct fit-to-standard workshops to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Testing and Validation :

Perform functional and system testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the configured solution.

Assist customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate requirements and resolve issues.

Customer Support and Training :

Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.

Provide training and documentation to support end-users post-implementation.

Go-Live and Post-Implementation :

Oversee the successful go-live process, addressing any critical issues.

Deliver post-go-live support to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Competencies

In-depth knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA SD Module.

Strong expertise in configuration, custom build design, and functional testing.

Proven ability to conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with technical teams and business users.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module implementation.

At least 2 successful SAP S / 4HANA Brownfield Implementation Project experiences.

SAP certification in SD Module is a plus.
