Job descriptionProven experience as a Customer Service Representative in financial services, credit cards, or collections Strong English communication skills (both oral and written) Excellent listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and patience Familiarity with CRM systems and basic financial software tools Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to credit card inquiries, payments, and collections
- Provide accurate information regarding account balances, payment schedules, and financial products
- Assist customers in resolving billing issues and setting up payment arrangements
- Conduct professional and compliant collection calls while maintaining empathy and respect
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in CRM or financial systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions
- Meet performance targets related to call handling, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
