FIXED SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM PST with 1hr unpaid break

Job Title :   Medical Billing & Collections Specialist

Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Collections Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for patient billing, payment posting, collections, and related office duties to support the revenue cycle.

Responsibilities :

• Post insurance and patient payments accurately
• Prepare and send patient statements
• Follow up on unpaid claims and outstanding balances
• Contact patients regarding billing questions and payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate account records and ensure compliance with HIPAA

Requirements
