AU Construction Management & Delivery Officer (Hybrid)

Background

About the Role

  • You’ll be the nerve center for all things construction. From unconditional finance approval through to final handover (plus 6 months post!), you’ll keep projects moving, milestones met, and all parties in the loop. You won’t wear a hard hat—but you’ll be the reason site updates are on time, payments flow correctly, and clients stay happy.

    • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Track builds from site start to handover.
  • Coordinate with builders, inspectors, and lenders.
  • Keep HubSpot tickets clean, current, and complete.
  • Support valuation and payment processes with precision.
  • Escalate delays or defects early—before they escalate themselves.
  • Keep weekly reports humming and issues visible.
  • Help manage post-handover defect tracking.
