Logistic Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Prepares delivery documents such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, PEZA / BOC Forms, and others.
• Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and make adjustments as needed
• Identifying and resolving issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes
• Maintaining effective communication with carries, internal and external customers
• Communicate with purchasing, and sales teams to forecast stock needs
• Arrange transportation of goods, manages driver's schedule
• Responsible in securing permits and clearance from PEZA, Bureau of Customs (BOC), VASP, LOA's, GTSB, and other concerned government agencies related to logistics activities of the company
• Track shipments and obtain copies of shipping documents
• Qualifications;
• Must be a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years related experience
• Knowledgeable in all PEZA and BOC systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Keen attention to details
• Able to start immediately
