SPECS Foundation, Inc. is a SEC-registered and DSWD-accredited non-profit organization dedicated to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children, their families, and communities. Our mission is to ensure their survival, protection, and participation in development.
Grounded in growth-promoting values, culture of inclusion and empowerment, we currently have projects in Pasay, Parañaque, Rizal, etc.
We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and results-oriented Executive Director to lead our dynamic organization into its next chapter of growth and greater impact. The Executive Director will be responsible for steering the overall strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of our mission. We desire for both an accountable leader & team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide visionary and strategic leadership – develop & advance our mission and strategic plans & initiatives to achieve organizational goals & objective, and maintain organizational relevance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the team.
- Provide operational oversight and drive innovation and sustainability in our programs and initiatives - oversee all operation for effectiveness & efficiency; develop & enforce policies to comply with standards & legal regulations
- Strengthen financial stewardship & management – oversee & manage financial assets & operations; ensure sound financial practices & accountability; lead fundraising efforts to ensure financial health & sustainability
- Build and strengthen stakeholder partnerships & relations - with donors, the Board of Trustees and community members.
Qualifications & Skills
Leadership and dedication to inspire changeFive or more years of experience in leadership & management role, such as executive director or similar senior postsProven track record in strategic planning, operations management, and sound financial stewardshipExceptional communication, collaborative team leadership, & supervision skillsStrong leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire workersDemonstrate integrity, accountability and result-oriented mindsetLicensed social worker or other related fields is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
