Position : Chiller Service Technicians

Work Location : Pasig City

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Salary : Php 30, 000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or TESDA Graduate with prior experience to conduct training.

With or without license for Mechanical Engineering or TESDA NCII Certification

Proven experience in training, preferably in HVAC or Air-Conditioning Industry

Strong Understanding of air-conditioner products and basic concepts

Excellent communication and presentation skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop comprehensive training materials and modules for Air conditioning products, covering technical specifications, installation, service and maintenance procedures

Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for internal members, contractors, developers, and consultants.

Collaborate with Headquarters Engineering team to stay updated on new features and technologies.

Provide Technical Support to Sales Team and Customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a deep understanding of Air Conditioning products

Continuously assess training effectiveness, making adjustments to improved learning outcome.
