Our Wealth Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC in the role of Porfolio Management Support / Segment Support Officer.

This role is responsible in handling all segment marketing and support activities, specifically the management of Priority events, management of marketing materials at Priority locations, sourcing of Priority premium items for clients, among other marketing and segment support related activities.

What the role will entail

• Event Management WM business point person for the management of Priority client events, ensuring that the WM business requirements for the event is executed. This includes, securing approval for events lineup and budget, coordination with BMCC and third parties, such as but not limited to, hotel banquet staff and other events suppliers. Also, includes accrediting new event vendors in the system, processing of expenses in the system, and events cost management budgeting, accruing, etc.
• Merchandising and Premium Item Sourcing / Management WM business point person tasked to collaborate with BMCC and Product point persons (Cards, Auto, Mortgage, SEDEX, Trust) on the distribution of required marketing documents for products and promotions. Also the WM point person tasked to manage end-to-end processes for curated Priority premium item giveaways, including sourcing and design of items, securing approval of lineup and budget, consolidation of orders, submission of PRF and monitoring production and delivery.
• Segment Marketing and Portfolio Management Support WM lead on the roll out of all Product and Marketing / Sales Support campaigns, including tracking of conversions from all marketing / events initiatives.
