Job Description : Marketing Assistant
Schedule : Availability from Monday to Friday their normal business hours (10am to 4pm Toronto time).
Scope
- Responsible for promoting and selling wines & spirits to new and existing clients government owned liquor stores, groceries, convenience stores, private clients and restaurants / bars.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to set-up client visits, product tastings, and other activities that will contribute to the overall growth of the company’s customer engagement and profits.
- Follow-up communications with leads and customers
- Help out with day-to-day marketing operations and strategic initiatives
- When appropriate, utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT, for content generation.

Responsible for the company's B2B, B2C and e-commerce initiatives and communicationProvide exceptional customer service to Azureau's clients both potential and existing.Managa leads in the company's CRM system.Manage and execute email and telephone campaigns.Design and implement social media calendars and email series to drive website trafficSupport SEO strategy development and implementationProduce routine operational marketing tasks as neededRequirements
Strong fluency in English (both written and oral) is essential.Superb customer service skills with a sense of urgency.Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.Ability to multitask, handle competing priorities with a calm and controlled demeanor.Ability to work independently but also cooperatively with other staff members.Proficiency in graphic design software for creating marketing materials.Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably MailChimpFamiliarity with social media management and content creationBasic understanding of SEO principlesWillingness to handle both creative and routine operational tasksUnderstanding of the wines & spirits industry is an asset.Requirements
