We’re hiring a Retention & CRM Specialist to focus on revenue performance from owned channels including Klaviyo and Postscript. This role is ideal for a data-driven retention marketer who thrives on building high-impact email and SMS strategies that engage, convert, and retain. You’ll manage everything from segmentation to campaign execution and post-send analysis, with a clear focus on driving revenue per recipient, click-through rate, and deliverability. You’ll own campaign calendars and flow automation across multiple DTC brands, playing a critical role in lifecycle marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage the performance and strategy of email and SMS marketing across Klaviyo and Postscript for 3–4 DTC brands to start.
Responsible for defining the communication cadence, tone, segmentation approach, and performance targets for each brand’s owned marketing channels, both email and SMS.
Build, test, and optimize automated flows, triggers, and customer segments for lifecycle marketing. Use data and customer behavior insights to personalize lifecycle messaging and improve conversion throughout the customer journey.
Plan and execute 6–12+ monthly campaigns per client, including offer strategy, content coordination, and scheduling.
Test subject lines, creative, and offers via A / B testing to continually improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
Create and manage lead magnets, popups, and on-site capture forms to grow subscriber lists and improve acquisition quality.
Analyze post-send metrics and deliver campaign recaps with performance insights and next steps.
Provide data-driven insights and strategic next steps to improve future performance and demonstrate ROI for each brand.
Optimize every stage of the funnel for revenue per recipient, engagement, and inbox deliverability.
Collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative, and Tech teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader brand strategies.
Maintain campaign calendars, ensure flawless execution, and track performance across segments and cohorts.
Requirements
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo and Postscript preferred).
Proven track record of owning and optimizing lifecycle flows and campaigns that drive retention and revenue.
Deep understanding of segmentation, A / B testing methodologies, and personalization strategies.
Strong copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email / SMS creatives.
Familiarity with popup and list-building tools (e.g., Justuno, OptiMonk, Privy).
Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and optimization.
Ability to manage 3–4 brands simultaneously, depending on campaign complexity.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive communication.
Technical Requirements :
A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed

Requirements
Qualifications : Proven experience managing a Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization. Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media). Strong understanding of Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations. Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers. Proficient in Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other performance tracking tools. Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, Liquid) to implement simple customizations. Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
