Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Central Time
Total Weekly Hours : 40 hours
Our client is growing quickly and needs a motivated marketer who can drive visibility, test ideas, and deliver measurable results. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a chance to build, experiment, and scale. You’ll lead marketing efforts focused on SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and social media to attract new prospects, engage current audiences, and strengthen brand presence.
Top platform focus : LinkedIn first, followed by Facebook and Instagram, with room to explore new channels. A key part of the role is adapting SEO strategy to AI-driven search and constant Google algorithm changes. If you can turn these challenges into an advantage, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
Marketing, SEO & AEO Leadership
Own the full strategy and execution for SEO, AEO, and digital marketing campaigns
Increase reach, engagement, pipeline activity, and demo requests
Stay ahead of AI-driven algorithm updates, search intent changes, and Google shifts
Social & Platform Management
Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Test new channels and distribution opportunities for audience expansion
Sales Alignment & Lead Growth
Partner with Sales to align messaging, track conversions, and improve lead quality
Drive measurable results through conversion-focused optimization
Data & Performance Tracking
Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot to analyze performance
Identify what’s working, what needs improving, and where to scale
SEO & AEO Execution
Improve visibility in traditional search, AI summaries, and conversational search
Strengthen site authority, content ranking, and demo-driving organic traffic
Use SEMrush for keyword research, competitive insights, and growth strategy
Content Strategy & Collaboration
Work with a dedicated content writer to guide topics, keywords, and intent
Review and optimize content for clarity, tone, performance, and conversion
Repurpose content into social posts, emails, and other distribution formats
HubSpot & Campaign Management
Manage newsletters, sequences, and nurturing workflows in HubSpot
Optimize for engagement, lead qualification, and conversion insights
Events & Brand Visibility
Support planning and promotion of trade shows, webinars, and partnerships
Continuous Learning
Stay current on SEO, AI, search behavior, and digital marketing trends

Proven experience managing SEO, social media, and digital marketing for a B2B or SaaS brand
Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WordPress (Elementor)
Proficient with SEMrush, GSuite, Slack, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
Hands-on experience adapting SEO strategies to Google and AI algorithm changes
Skilled in identifying trends, keywords, and distribution opportunities
Strong writing, editing, and content optimization skills
Experience building and executing content strategies that drive organic growth and inbound leads
A proactive learner who embraces new tech and automation
