JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our business development efforts. This role will play a key part in managing leads, coordinating meetings and driving follow-ups to help convert opportunities into clients. You’ll also assist in creating marketing materials and maintaining our CRM system to ensure all prospects and interactions are accurately tracked and managed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule and confirm meetings.
Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all prospect information is current and accurately tracked.
Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and sales collateral.
Coordinate and assist in executing marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and generate new leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely communication and follow-up on opportunities.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and client communication materials.
Track and report on sales and marketing activities, providing insights to improve conversion rates and follow-up effectiveness.
Requirements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous experience in sales coordination, business development, or marketing support preferred.
Previous experience with Areas of business : Cyber Security, Managed IT Services, Microsoft Power Platform Development
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, or similar) are an advantage.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a genuine interest in supporting business growth.
