Direct and oversee the operations of both medical and non-medical departments alignment with the organization’s structure.
Develop and implement administrative policies and systems to support hospital operations.
Ensure compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, and other regulatory agencies in administrative areas.
Manage the hospital’s annual budget in coordination with the Finance Department and Hospital Administrator.
Supervise procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of supplies and equipment.
Oversee facility management, including maintenance, utilities, safety, and cleanliness.
Lead the preparation and submission of compliance reports and documentation.
Coordinate with HR in workforce planning, labor relations, and organizational development.
Ensure hospital-wide adherence to policies on data privacy, occupational safety, and emergency preparedness.
Participate in strategic planning and hospital management meetings.
Monitor performance of administrative personnel and recommend capacity-building initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or any related course.
Preferably with a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or Public Health.
At least 5–7 years of leadership experience in hospital or healthcare administration.
Knowledge of DOH licensing, PhilHealth standards, and relevant government compliance.
