Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and / or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails related to retail products and services.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, billing, returns, product availability, and account issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Qualifications :
At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level.With or without BPO experience (training will be provided).Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.Basic computer navigation and typing skills.What We Offer :
