This is a remote position.
Schedule : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM GMT (with 1-hour unpaid break)
Work Days : 5 days a week (Monday–Sunday rotation, weekend availability preferred)
Total Weekly Hours : 40 hours

If you have a background in digital marketing or healthcare services, that’s a major plus — you’ll be engaging with professionals in these sectors and helping them take the next step toward solutions that fit their needs.
Responsibilities
Follow up on new leads generated by the marketing team
Book at least 20 qualified discovery calls per month (minimum 5 per week)
Re-engage past or inactive clients through targeted outreach
Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails professionally
Build rapport with prospects, uncover their needs, and position discovery calls effectively
Maintain accurate CRM records
Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
Assist with event promotions and follow-up campaigns via outbound calls, emails, and CRM

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role (non-negotiable)
Bonus : Experience in digital marketing or healthcare-related sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and follow-up processes
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
