• Mondays to Fridays, flexible between 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
• 20 hours per week
• Client time zone :   Pacific Time (Los Angeles, CA, USA)

Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting with a track record of success Excellent communication skills with confidence in phone-based outreach and relationship building Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools Self-motivated with ability to work independently from a professional home office setup Comfortable using VoIP phone systems for US-based calling Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for commission-based incentives and performance rewards Ability to adapt work schedule to US Pacific Time Zone Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple prospects and follow-ups
