OVERALL JOB OBJECTIVES
The Market Development Executive is responsible for monitoring the competitor landscape to support the development of sales strategies. Supports the acquisition of sales through the generation and follow-up of leads. Through engagement with customer enquiries and feedback, analyse customer behavior to support client acquisition and retention.
Innovative and resourceful, he / she keeps informed of the organization's products and services as he / she sources new opportunities both locally and regionally. He leverages such knowledge to tailor solutions that meet clients' requirements. He commutes extensively to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients and to close sales leads.

Experience in a flavor company (Must : from the same industry)
Experience in sales (Must)
Good at Presentation (PP) and character
Handled listed account (Prefer)
Priority is given to those changing jobs from the same industry.
Interview details : 2 interviews (1 interview F2F and need to give presentations, 2nd interview is online)
1st interview : candidate will do a presentation (Free agenda : introducing yourself, your hobby, a place you love, etc)
Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm
Vacation leave : 12 days
Bonuses : 13th month salary / For full-year work + Performance bonuses per year that are based on the previous year's KPI results and the company's performance
Others : Transportation allowance : P3,000 - P8,000 / month, SIM data allowance : 2,420 PHP / month
