Position : WordPress Customer Support

Company Industry : Creative / Digital Design Industry

Work Location : Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Salary : Php 22,000 - Php 28,000 gross

Work Set Up : Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Experience in Customer Support or Technical Support (WordPress background is a big plus!)

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Professional, patient, and composed under pressure

Knowledge of WordPress basics, plugins, and troubleshooting

Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Assisting customers with WordPress installation, plugins, and troubleshooting

Explaining technical issues in simple, user-friendly terms

Using ticketing / helpdesk systems to manage support requests

Guiding users step-by-step to resolve issues

Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences
