Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field. Preferably 2–3 years of business development experience, ideally in retail chains or malls. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge in retail operations, market research, and commercial leasing. Proactive, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and proficient in basic computer literacy for data analysis and reporting.

Job Description :
- Handles site selection, inspections, feasibility studies, lease negotiations, and store expansion documentation.
- Conducts market, competitor, sales, customer, and product opportunity analyses to support business growth.
- Coordinates with landlords, brokers, mall management, suppliers, vendors, government agencies, and internal departments.
- Supports store openings, marketing initiatives, project timelines, post-opening evaluations, and operational improvements.
- Promotes compliance, teamwork, professional development, and contributes to organizational planning and effectiveness.
