Background
- We’re PeoplePartners, hiring on behalf of one of our inspiring clients in the RTO space. They're growing fast and need a calm, capable, and compassionate coach who can help students start, stick with, and succeed in their online courses.
About the Role
As a Student Success Coach, you’re the go-to person for a group of students—checking in, cheering on, and keeping them on track. You’ll handle phone-based coaching, resolve questions, and support students from enrolment to graduation. If you love being the person who turns “I’m stuck” into “I got this”—this one’s for you.Your Key Responsibilities :
Build genuine, supportive relationships with your student portfolio.Make and take calls that matter—guiding, coaching, encouraging.Track enrollments, engagement, and academic progress.Spot and act on early signs of withdrawal risk.Collaborate with training, career, and admin teams.Log it all beautifully in Hubspot, Aircall, CENA, RTOApply, and LMS.Hit your KPIs (calls, time, conversions, revenue)—because outcomes matter.Keep systems tidy, communications clear, and standards high.Requirements
