Job descriptionThis is a hybrid role of LMS wrangler + content creator. You’ll be building sleek slide decks, turning scripts into videos, setting up surveys, and fine-tuning content in the LMS — all while making sure learners stay engaged and everything runs smoothly. Administer LearnUpon LMS : courses, users, permissions, integrations. Build clean, professional learning decks in PowerPoint. Design engaging tools in Canva — think toolkits, cheat sheets, posters. Translate scripts into short Synthesia videos (and subtitle like a pro). Set up and manage Human Listening surveys and dashboards. Draft crisp reports and client-facing docs from learning data. You love learning about learning . You’re creative with content, but a stickler for detail. You’ve got sharp formatting instincts, a strong grasp of grammar, and an eye for brand alignment. If you’re the go-to in your team for “making things look better,” we want to meet you. Experience using an LMS (LearnUpon is a plus). Built courses or content for adult learning audiences. Comfortable with Canva, PowerPoint, and content editing. Worked with survey or video tools (like Synthesia or HubSpot). Bonus points for translation coordination or international clients. Think : open Slack channels, emoji reactions, honest feedback, and cheering each other on. You like independence but love a solid briefing. You take feedback well, ask smart questions, and know when to reach out or just run with it. Craft high-impact learning tools that actually get used. Streamline survey and feedback processes. Build systems that keep things clean, current, and consistent. Learner feedback and engagement data. Accuracy and polish of deliverables. Timely execution of updates and tasks. How well you juggle multiple projects without losing the plot. Work from home (PH-based). Day Shift ; Company-provided laptop.
