Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team at WelleCo. The ideal candidate will support various digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, paid advertising, website content updates, and app-based promotions. This role requires experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Upload email creative assets into Klaviyo and make necessary updates or changes as required.
• Schedule EDMs, SMS, and push notifications to align with marketing campaigns.
• Upload creative assets into Meta Ads Manager for paid advertising campaigns.
• Update Shopify product assets, images, and blog posts to ensure content is current and visually appealing.
• Upload landing page creative assets and content into TapCart (app) to support mobile marketing initiatives.
• Assist in managing updates and improvements to the loyalty and membership programs as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and marketing materials.
• Support additional digital marketing activities as required to enhance campaign effectiveness.
