Required Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
2 years of experience in purchasing / logistics
Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
Skilled in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Familiar with shipping, import / export, and logistics documentation

Job Description :
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
Tracking and fixing shipping errors
Preparing bills and invoices
Managing distribution and shipment budgets
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
Updating Sales & expenses per client
Hands-on monitoring & inventory of Labor materials (IEC-KPC)
Coordinate with the suppliers and set a schedule of deliveries
Prepare Purchase order, Sales invoice, Delivery receipts
Tracking and monitoring of labor material expenses
Overseeing all supplies and shipments operations
Negotiating and agreeing on logistics / suppliers’ contracts
Checking purchase orders against stock levels
Overall monitoring & inventory of labor materials
Managing distribution and shipment (import & export) end-to-end process
Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
Preparing delivery schedules
Other work may be assigned from time to time as needed
