CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

(Work base : Compostela, Cebu)

Responsibilities :

 Responsible for reviewing pertinent processes and procedures of the Human Resource Department to make

sure they adhere to the organization’s most recent ISO Certification.

 Promoting initiatives to resolve identified nonconformance and process improvement techniques

 Developing continuous improvement plans for the Human Resource Department and communicating them with

the concerned members of the organization.

Qualifications :

 Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Management, or any related field

 Relevant work experience is an advantage

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Highly organized and systematic

 Detail-oriented and dependable
