Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule critical meetings, calls, and appointments for the legal teamFormat and prepare court submissions and legal document bundles for important casesHandle sophisticated client communications regarding administrative and case-related mattersManage vendor relationships and licensing coordinationCoordinate with on-site staff to verify document and parcel receiptsRespond to client inquiries about payments, case status, and administrative mattersMaintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive legal informationPotentially manage firm communications and phone systemsSupport case preparation through document organization and administrative coordinationFacilitate seamless communication between remote and on-site team membersRequirements
