Responsibilities
- Directing all operational aspects including deliveries, customer service, human resources, administration, inventory, and sales
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Meet target goals and metrics
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor’s / College course, preferably in CommerceWith at least 1-2 years of Sales experience in a supervisory or managerial capacityAbility to work in a team environmentKnows how to respond to market changes and can conceptualize coping strategiesSkills
