Requirements

• Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
• Superb communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Experience :
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in branch management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to banking operations.
