Overview
A leading player in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the brand’s growth and visibility. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, especially within the F&B or hospitality sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand vision
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team across various functions
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, influencer, and traditional platforms
- Spearhead Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives to support branch-level growth
- Utilize consumer insights, data analytics, and market trends to guide decision-making
- Collaborate with third-party agencies, media, and influencers to maximize brand exposure
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
Qualifications
