We partner with municipalities nationwide to identify, repair, and manage sidewalk hazards through data-driven proposals and patented technology.

We’re looking for a Data Specialist to support pre-sales and proposal operations.

You’ll transform raw field data into clear, templated reports and pricing packages that help cities make informed infrastructure decisions.

This is a behind-the-scenes, technical role — perfect for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy who loves solving problems and working with large datasets.

What you’ll do 🧩 Data Processing & Management Download and organize data collected by field teams (hundreds of files per project).

Pull, clean, and validate raw datasets from the company’s server.

Identify and correct data errors, inconsistencies, and formatting issues.

Manage large citywide survey data sets (300+ Excel sheets).

📊 Proposal & Report Generation Populate templated infrastructure proposals and pricing reports using cleaned data.

Generate tables, charts, and summary visuals from Excel and CSV files.

Ensure reports meet formatting and accuracy standards before internal review.

Track document versions and maintain clean, reproducible workflows.

💻 Program Support & Optimization Support the rollout of our new internal proposal automation program (currently in beta).

Test, debug, and help refine the system alongside developers.

Provide feedback and document issues to improve tool performance.

Train team members on how to use the software once stabilized.

🤝 Collaboration & Cross-Team Support Communicate with pre-sales and data collection teams to align on project details.

Respond to internal requests for data analysis, summaries, or visualizations.

Maintain a well-organized file structure and consistent reporting format across projects.

About you Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor Strong fluency in written and verbal English You must have an up-to-date personal laptop or computer, along with reliable, high-speed, and secure internet access.

3+ years of experience in a similar data operations, administration, or project coordination role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, expertise in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).

Comfortable working with CSV files and large datasets.

Basic understanding of Python for automation or data parsing.

Highly tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems quickly.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Organized, methodical, and process-driven.

Bonus points for Familiarity with GIS or mapping data (including ArcGIS or Mergin Maps) Experience creating infrastructure or civil engineering proposals.

Experience training or onboarding others in software tools.
