JOB REQUIREMENTS :
✨ Open to undergraduates and individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent education
✨ At least 2–3 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting is an advantage
✨ Willing to work fully onsite at IT Park, Cebu
✨ Amenable to attend onsite interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
✨ Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
✨ Provide accurate, empathetic, and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
✨ Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
✨ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
✨ Support the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
✨ Stay current with company products, services, policies, and procedures.
✨ Proactively recommend and upsell relevant products or services to enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth.
✨ Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
