We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a non-voice, chat-based sales account. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert conversations into successful sales, all in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers through live chat to understand their needs and offer appropriate product or service recommendations
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries while promoting sales opportunities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently while handling customer interactions
Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO setting (voice or chat support)Sales experience is requiredStrong command of written and verbal English communicationFamiliarity with the cloud industry is an advantageAbility to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure in a dynamic work environmentImportant Requirement :
