Partner Support & Communication
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Coordinate support requests and facilitate smooth collaboration across internal teams.
Research & Prospecting
Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and analyze competitor partnerships.Assist in building targeted partner prospect lists aligned with strategic objectives.Partner Onboarding
Manage onboarding processes for new partners, providing resources, tools, and training to set them up for success.Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key partner metrics, including lead generation, revenue contribution, and engagement levels.Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to evaluate KPIs and uncover growth opportunities.Campaign Coordination
