We’re looking for a   LMS & Learning Design Specialist who will play a key role in creating, managing, and delivering impactful learning content and resources. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys blending learning technologies with design to drive engagement and results.

What You’ll Do

As a Learning & Design Specialist, you will :

• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS – LearnUpon preferred) : course setup, uploads, enrolment, permissions, and version control.
• Build courses and resources within the LMS using provided content.
• Support LMS integrations with HubSpot and troubleshoot learner issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint decks, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create Knowledge Packs (manuals, fact sheets, posters) using Canva.
• Manage surveys in Human Listening : scheduling, distribution lists, reminders, dashboards, and reporting.
• Draft reports and presentations from survey data.
• Produce and edit Synthesia videos (scripts, translations, subtitles, branding).
• Support development of course overviews, webinar summaries, and other client deliverables.
• Maintain the Continuous Improvement Register (CIR) and learning asset version control.
• Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and formatting across all materials.
• Contribute to proforma, pitch decks, fact sheets, and certificates / digital badges.
• Assist in updating website content for new programs and products

What You’ll Bring Required : At least 2 years’ relevant experience in learning systems and / or design. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (preferably LearnUpon). Strong skills in PowerPoint and Canva for modern, on-brand design. Excellent written communication, editing, and formatting abilities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Quick learner with aptitude for new systems (e.g., survey tools, dashboards, multimedia). Experience with Synthesia video production. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM / automation tools. Exposure to instructional design and adult learning principles. Experience coordinating translations and international deliverables. Preferred : Background in instructional design or learning product development. Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
