Learning and Development Specialist (AU Offshoring, Hybrid)

Schedule : Monday – Friday (06 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in L&D, training, or talent development.
• Experience with instructional design, e-learning tools, and learning platforms.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent activities and work to deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Working in a BPO industry is an advantage.
