About the Job

Our esteemed client, an Australian Registered Training Organization (RTO), is looking for an Instructional Designer . As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for digitizing training resources and creating engaging learning content for deployment in their Learning Management System. This includes designing SCORM-compliant eLearning packages, presentations, and learner guides that meet Australian vocational training standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Digitize and adapt existing training and assessment resources for use in Axcelerate LMS
• Design and develop learner guides, presentations, and SCORM-compliant eLearning packages
• Format and refine content in PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat, ensuring consistency with brand and training strategy
• Create visually engaging and instructionally sound learning experiences aligned with vocational training standards in Australia
• Collaborate with SMEs and compliance teams to ensure resources meet training package requirements and RTO policies
• Conduct QA checks and troubleshoot digital learning content within the LMS
• Ensure learning resources are accessible, mobile-friendly, and device-compatible
• Manage workload autonomously, prioritizing tasks to meet project timelines
• Maintain version control and documentation for all resources created or modified
